Al, the proprietor and his assistant, performed an excellent job in refinishing and repairing all the wood floors in my residence (which were extensive). He was very flexible, and that I change the scope of work (increased) on the day that he arrived. He courteously gave me a new estimate, which is reasonable, while the work was being performed. He courteously answered my numerous questions and was able to adapt to changes in the finish, without losing a step. In fact, Al, suggested that I use a modified finish, that I had not even considered. As a background, I was up in the air over whether to finish the wood with semi gloss or gloss until the last day. Al, recommended that I use it finish that contained half semi gloss and half gloss.
I am very please with the resulting look at this finish provided. The work was done very professionally, in that, when he arrived I requested that he remove the existing carpeting and add two rooms and the stairs (which then became a job of all my wood floors).
I am very pleased with the work that was done, the timely fashion in which it was done, in the reasonable costs. I would recommend his work to anyone.
