They were prompt, completely professional.  They did an AMAZING job on the fence.  it looks spectacular.  The workers were really nice and polite.  Plus, we got three quotes, not only was their the lowest, they were using the highest quality fence.  A great experience.  A beautiful fence.  The best price.

Initial contact with managers went well. Single male worker sent to do job was insolent and abusive. He refused to turn the loud radio in his truck down. I had come home from work to oversee the job with our landscape designer. She had to defend me when I asked him to revise what he was doing. I had to withhold partial payment and get a lawyer to write a letter until the fence work was done properly. The fence posts were green and the wood split. Morgan painters (a fine company) could not paint the fence until it aged.
