Overall, it could not have been better

Vinny, the owner , is wonderful.  He came out personally and helped us think about what we wanted, did all his measurements, showed us different options and gave us a professional paper quote.  He came at a time that was convenient for us and was on time for the appointment.  He was great with our kids too which is always a plus with us !!  His crew came on time on the scheduled start date.  They reviewed, with us, all the work to be performed.  At our request they even called the town building department to make sure they were in accordance with some town rules on the positioning of the fence as it approached the street and sidewalk...this helped us to avoid any issues with building codes down the road.  Even though we had the permit we just wanted them to double check for us.  The fence was completed on time and was true to the quoted price.  The fence (both fences) look great and held up to Hurricane Irene with no issues !!  We get many compliments on the fence from neighbors and friends.  Vinny, his crew and office staff were pleasant and very responsive to our needs and questions.  The job site was clean each night and also upon completion.  We would not hesitate to use Fence World again and highly recommend them !!  A caring, friendly and honest company to work with for sure !!

Vin the owner of Fence World came out himself and gave us our estimate. Not only did we like Fence World from of all the other bids we considered they also came in with the best price. The owner could not have been a nicer person. We found him easy to talk to, listened to what we wanted done, and handled everything in a freindly and professonal maner. On the day of the insallation job the foreman who came out was just as nice and professonal. He took us through step by step on what was getting done so there would be no missunderstaning of what we would expect. Job was completed ahead of schedule. They left the job area clean.

   My mail goal was to replace an old broken wooden fence as well as provide a closed-in area for my (rather large) dog.  I was also concerned about a very old tree  in the corne r of the yard and wondered how a fence could be installed in a way that would not damage the tree and whether having a fence go around the tree may look awkward . The quote I received from Fence World was comparable to those I received from other local companies. In the end, I chose these guys because I had seen some of the work they did in my neighborhood. 
From the day of the estimate until the day of completion, I have had great service from the folks at Fence World. Vin came for the estimate and provided great advice on the type of fence and set up for the fence.I am very glad I followed his recommendations!  The crew showed up on time, removed the old fence, put up the new fence and were responsive to my concerns. They did a great job, not only putting up the fence, but also cleaning up once they were done. My "new yard" looks great and I am very happy with the services provided by Fence World. 

Vinny was the highlight of contactors in my house as part of a pool install in the summer of 2010. He took the brunt of all of our dissatisfaction with contactors starting with Gannoe pool. He gave his insight, preferences and ideas to help us make the right decision on fence type and layout. We selected Jerith residential vs. commercial and think we made the right decision. We had some challenging areas to fence and he worked with us to figure out best solution. Installers were courteous, non-intrusive, and accommodating to special requests. Vinny was highly recommeded by Perferred Properties in Cheshire Ct, who I did not do any service for me, except buyoil, but Micheal helped me tremdiously in multiple ways on project. He is also doing SanYuan pools too.
