+ -1 moreMatthew Perillie of Campbell Mortgage company handle the financing of our home addition. At first he seemed very interest in helping us and was occasionally very punctual with his paper work. However, when it came time to close the paper work submitted to the attorney was in shambles and very disorganized. The Attorney and his paralegal had to do a great deal of work to get the paperwork to be clear and figure out the actual finances. On top the this sloppy work he missed a fee that I now I have to pay after closing to a very annoyed contractor. I think the attorney spent more time on my paper work than the Mortgage broker. And to top it all of for the sloppy work he earned $9000. That is obscene.
Description of Work: Organized (poorly) the financing for a rehabilitation mortgage for our house.
