We have been in business since 1953 in the New Haven, CT area. We are a family run business with 6 full and 2 part time employees. We offer competitive pricing, extended warranties and financing options through Wells Fargo. So i bought a new Maytag washer and dryer set for Arts appliances in North Haven. I had nothing but trouble with my washer since they put it in. It doesn’t drain properly, the washer shakes violently , and the glass door was scratched. So they sent a repair company to fix the door , and then another one came to diagnose the washer . The washer controls weren’t working properly, so it wasn’t draining all the way , so they ordered a new control board and it still shakes uncontrollably. Called spoke to the owner Andy , told him i wanted a new washer , they said No , they have to fix this one even though it’s brand new . They don’t care about the customers once they get your money !!! The dryer also doesn’t dry the clothes All the way … this is crazy … i have had Maytags for over 20 years, they used to be top of the line , not anymore and the customer support is terrible here i would never go back to them. BUYER BEWARE !! This is not a customer friendly place , you think they would feel bad they sold a defective unit … NOPE

Great locally-based place for appliances.  They matched the big box chain stores.  They are professional.  They have an answer for every question.  (Try getting that at a chain store.)  Their delivery men were completely polite and professional.  The fridge and dish washer are perfect.  Would use them again!

overall, a decent experience- 1 glitch in delivery of 1 of the appliances but communications throughout were straight forward and up front-all deliveries and install were timely, professional, and performed expeditiously
