It was the single worst experience I have ever had having work done in my home.  The owner/installer was unprofessional, damaged the existing tile, installed the carpet incorrectly, and then refused to even come and talk to me about it, sending his wife instead.  After a couple of months of trying to get some satisfaction, I am still not happy.  They sent me a small refund, but that does not fix the problem, nor will it compensate me for having to hire someone else to fix the problem.
