KEIR CONSTRUCTION LLC

We contacted Keir Construction in July, asking them if they could look at the work we wanted to do and provide us with a quote. We left several voice mails and e-mails before they responded. They provided us with a quote in August, and we let them know we wanted to work with them. We selected the tile in September and asked Keir Construction when they could start. They told us the work would be done before the holidays, but did not give us a start date. After reaching out to Keir Construction several times asking for a start date, work began in mid-November. It did not finish until February because the tile order was changed without our approval. We happened to notice that the accent tiles that were about to be installed were not the tiles we ordered. When we asked why the wrong tiles were ordered, Keir was argumentative and blamed it on the tile store. The tile store claimed that Keir changed the order. To this day, we don't know what happened. We had to special order the tiles that were cancelled and, as a result, the work was not finished until February. Keir Construction billed us incorrectly twice (they did not keep an accurate record of what we had already paid them). When we got the final invoice, we asked for details on labor and cost of materials and Keir ignored our request. Although the price and quality were good, we would be hesitant to recommend Keir Construction based on our experience with this project.

They did a great job! They were on time and on budget, which was great! The estimate was right on. The plumbers, electrician, and tile guys were all wonderful. We had a deadline, and they definitely met it! They were fast, neat, and just perfect. The owner, Drew Keir, was very hands-on as well. He even did the sheetrock work when that guy did not show up. He has done work for neighbors that was great as well. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.
