They care about animals and they are not just in it for the money. They are open six days a week and have emergency hours. I usually go on Saturdays. They do a lot of checking up on the animals by phone.  A couple of my cats have extra conditions and they do a great job with responsive care for them.  When my cat passed away two years ago they sent a card that their whole staff had signed. That really meant a lot to me.
