I needed to replace an old electric water heater with a new Hybrid Heat Pump water heater. This company was on the manufacturer's suggestion list. I sent out 4 emails to get quotes and Oleg was the only one to call with a quote, on the same day. He was very helpful recommending what accessories were good to use and what might be a waste of money. Even though I didn't purchase the actual tank from him, he still honored the quoted installed price. The man is thorough, the work was neat and performed perfectly, even finding a creative solution for the condensation drain. The tank was put on blocks so it wouldn't rot quickly and even cleaned the box the unit came in. He even gave me a copy of his contractor licence and unit serial number so I could submit it for a rebate to my local electric company. He is a professional and an artist at his craft and would highly recommend him.
