Chris, from Tires Plus, stayed on and is the Manager which is great, but it cannot make up for the cost and the franchise approach to customers. Our routine oil change using 10w 40 weight (no synthetic oil) with a coupon, still cost close over 45 dollars.

They impressively fixed the lights (turn signals and brake lights) but the trailer lights weren't working. Cost about $400, which was fair. I had asked another shop to fix the same thing. They charged me $500 and didn't fix anything, so this was an upgrade. However, the trailer lights didn't work in the end. So that's why they get a B instead of an A on quality. Everything else was spot on, however, and this was a tough job. They had to tear open the steering column. Not an easy job. Did this in about 2 days, super fast turnaround time. Very friendly too. Would recommend again.

Work was done on time, as promised. Charges were as stated, but they omitted the tax in the initial quote, which i don't think was a bad thing in the end. It took less than 24 hours from dropping off the vehicle to getting the vehicle after repair. It's been 2-3 months since the repair and my A/C works great-- ice cold air! Service techs were friendly and easy to talk with. I will definintely go back to this place again for all kinds of repairs in the future.

I was out of town and had sudden coolant leak in semi-rural East Lyme, CT area. I stopped at a local market and this shop was recommended highly.

Service Advisor, Scott Kensel, appeared very knowledgeable and called me shortly with a diagnosis. They had and quot;pressure testedand quot; the coolant system and found a broken hose under the intake manifold on my Volvo XC90; an unusual occurrence on any vehicle. He then explained in detail the work to be done to access the hose and make the repair. I authorized the repair and it was done the same day, at the same quoted cost.

I paid the bill and the car was brought to the door for me, along with good directions back to the highway.

I was treated with the upmost courtesy throughout.

I knew two tires needed replacement. Another service center had indicated all 4 tires needed replacement. I wanted a second opinion so went to the shop that I trust.
TIres were assessed and quickly replaced.

They were very helpful and efficient, keeping us informed during the entire process, and willing to help us until we were completely satisfied.

I waited while they mounted and installed the tires. It didn't take very long. While waiting, I overheard transactions with many customers and they were all very professional. They were recommended by my son who has purchased tires there before. He had good experiences both times.

They are straight shooters and honest. That is a lot to be said for that line of work.
