 + -1 moreThey've been excellent. They find all sorts of problems deep in the computer that you would never find yourself. They do it remotely but you can see everything they are doing while they are doing it. You pay a monthly fee for access to their technical services.

 + -1 moreGreat! They spent several hours cleaning up one of our computers remotely, and the other about an hour. Both are working like new, and we have had no problems since.
Description of Work: We got full tech support for a year. We have 2 computers at home, one of which was old and we were going to throw it out. It is now basically a new computer. We dumped Norton and McAfee, and they installed Microsoft Security Essential for free. The old computer is lightning fast, no more malware, spyware, etc. slowing me down. Don't be deterred by the price - it was the best money we ever spent, and I don't need a new computer after all. We never left the house, didn't have to take it anywhere. I would recommend this company without reservation.
