e the parts here in ten minutes, and he could do the just now. I was experiencing a pulsing when I used the brakes, and I knew the rotors were going, as they had been turned before. Guys had done this twice for me before, never insisting that the rotors had to be replaced before it was necessary. When I realized it was time to replace them, I called Guys and got an appointment within 3 days. After I arrived, the brakes were inspected and the mechanic came out in 20 minutes and told me the rotors definitely needed replacing, as well as the brake pads, and showed me an estimate. He said he could have the parts here in ten minutes, and that he could do the job now. I gave him the go-ahead, and the job was done in an hours. The staff gave me a ride to a local restaurant while I was waiting, and also arranged for a ride to pick me up. The brakes stop smoothly and quietly now. In addition to being an honest garage, the service is excellent and prompt. I highly recommend them.

We use Guys for all our home heating and car service needs. Some people feel it is a bit more expensive. When it is done right and you get an honest opinion on work needed and it doesn't inconvenience your life, I think a few dollars more make a lot of sense. We couldn't be happier with their service.

This was over a year ago - and I have just been asked to complete this review, so I don't have exact details. I just know I spent about 4 times as much as expected, and did not feel comfortable that the work was really necessary. My car was running fine - I do all scheduled maintenance and was going to the dealer before moving to this area. They kept my car overnight, which was a huge inconvenience. I felt a bit and quot;snowballedand quot; into getting all the work done. I have not been back.

I was very pleased with the quality of their work. They not only did the required servicing but added a hanger where needed for a flu pipe and added a flu extensioin where the existing piece was too short. In other words, they paid attention to the small details.

On finding out i was in need of a new boiler and without any heating Dick from Guy's oil was very responsive and offered to carry out the work the following day. I explained I needed to get some other estimates being this was going to be an expensive job. As it turned out Guys was the most competitive and nearly $2000 less than the most expensive price I was offered. Once I had signed an agreement they placed the order and the boiler was installed within a few days. We now have hot water and heat. I would definitely recommend them based on price and their customer service.

They were very good on service. I would recommend them to others. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

The technician was a lot better than the one's I have used in last six or seven years in the area. Their price was in power with other companies. They were pretty good overall. They were very responsive. I would use them in the future.

These gentlemen are true professionals. They were timely. They did not exceed the written estimate by a cent. Very dependalbe, proffessional and informative. I knew what to expect every step of the way and when to expect it. I would highlt reccommend Guy's Oil Service for all home heating repairs.

They came out immediately and folund teh problem. I'm impressed with their service because of their prompt response and their service men are well qualified.
