Lawn Service
$50
We hired Eastern CT Earth Cares to provide lawn-mowing and weed-whacking for the entire 2010 lawn season. As the summer went by, the quality of the work went down. He neglected to weed whack some areas and other areas he did weed-whack, he killed the grass by weed-whacking it down to the roots. We were supposed to be on a 10 day mowing schedule. Not rocket science, I thought. As the summer went by, two weeks would go by without Spence showing up. It would take several calls and a few more days for him to show up. In September, he stopped coming altogether and neglected to return any of the numerous phone calls I left for him, asking when he was coming to mow. What happened to professional courtesy of notifying your customer if you intend to halt service so that the customer has enough time to find a replacement? For 3 weeks (wondering if Spence was going to mow and looking for a new lawn person), my lawn was not mowed. Since this is the location of a business, it left the customers wondering why the lawn was not being attended to and made me look bad as a business owner. I urge you to steer clear of Eastern CT Earth Cares (Spence Quintin).
