Doug's quote was by far the most affordable-and included my deck, walkways, and even a free roof treatment for some of the moss that was growing up there. Doug arrived slightly early on the date scheduled and was extremely friendly and explained what the process was. I had no idea just how filthy our white house really was-what I thought was just dirt was actually years of mold the previous owner never bothered to clean. I had previously thought that I was going to have to re-paint our wooden soffits-they were mostly black with what I thought was dirt-they look brand new now! I can't believe it was just moldy dirt. The house looks amazing. We have a smallish split-level ranch with vinyl siding and it took about an hour and a half for everything. Doug moved everything back when he was finished. I will definitely be calling them again in a couple years.

His prices are very, very reasonable. He got the job done in about two hours. There wasn't anything I didn't like. He did a great job.

They had a reasonable price. They were very nice and came when they said they were going to come out. A few months later, the mold came back. I called them and they came a few weeks later to assess the situation and did a 2nd wash for free. They honor their promise.

I have used Doug three times, and each time he has done excellent work. I am a Veteran, and appreciate the excellent work of another Veteran. He prompt, and went right to work....even did a few items that were not on his work detail without any additional charge.
