they took the time to find the right kit, but then to show me how to rebuild the carb. really nice people.

I have owned my tractor for over 15 years. I always get great service from this shop. I recently had a problem with an ignition switch. They replaced the switch, but when it came back, the PTO wasn't engaging. I tried to fiddle with it myself, they faxed me a copy of the wiring...but I couldn't locate the problem. They came back for the tractor, brought it to the shop, located a faulty ground, and returned it to me at no charge. I will continue to highly recommend these folks for new equipment purchases and repairs - they are committed to "getting it right".

For tool rentals, yard equipment repairs, they are amazing. I have used them for over 25 times. They give great personalized service. They are a small company, very knowledgeable, they are friendly and really helpful. I will use them again always.

I ordered several low priced parts for power equipment several times previously and on each occasion they called me promptly (one part - 3 times) to let me know it had come in. They even gave me advice on how to install it more easily than I was trying to do. The most impressive service was when they voluntarily took my backpack blower to the service department, freed up a nut on the clutch which had seized and returned it to me without charge. On one occasion, with several customers with much more profitable orders for them (I asked them) the owners insisted that they would finish all that I needed rather than make me wait (which I volunteered to do). The two owners have the personality, temperment, technical knowledge for large and small power equipment, primarily commercial grade, to give the best possible service. They are keepers in my book.
