I will cut to the case here, do not waste you time and money with this outfit.
They have a strong marketing and sales pitch,but the ACTUAL service is
awful. Appearance of the lawn is that they did not fertilize, and the
kick in the nuts is they charge approx. $20 more per service than the
competition I  looked into. This is the case of that you get less than
you pay for!
Do not give them the "benefit of the doubt" like I did as I watched the
lawn go yellow. THe last application, I searched the lawn for the
fertilizer they put down and found only a  few white pellets here and
there, and it smelled synthetic!

The entire experience was terrible!  The company is incompetent, dishonest, unresponsive, refuses to take corrective action for damaged caused, uses a bait-and-switch sales pitch by offering a "free" service call and "free" treatment and then submitting bills for service not performed.  Stay away at your peril!

The effectiveness of the product was good - we did not find any ticks on our lawn after we signed with them. HOWEVER, this company was dishonest and lacked professionalism.  The salseman called incessantly to sell us more services which we vehemently replied "no" to and said "take us off your list" and would call back to try manipulate other family members who answered the phone into thinking that we had authorized services which we had not by saying that they were "confirming" a service appointment that had been authorized already (which of course we did not authorize).  We kept having to call back and "cancel" something that we never agreed to in the first place.  They also showed up and charged us for unneeded tick applications saying that they were responding to an "urgent"/"emergency" call for an application when no one called them.  They also did not announce their arrival prior to spraying (i.e. did not ring the doorbell) which we repeatedly asked them to do so that we could take the dog out one more time before they sprayed.  They also failed to leave lawn signs sometimes - just left the bill in the front door which we rarely use - so the dog and kids were taken out on a recently sprayed lawn without our knowledge which is dangerous.

I really, really wish that I could love this company, but alas, I cannot. The lawn does not smell after their applications, and I was proactive and understood what to expect and how the autorenewal thing worked. The owner came once, and he is knowledgeable. They are honest about things if YOU ASK. However, that being said, I had hoped to learn more as a consumer. It took 6 months and at least 8 times of asking for me to get my soil test results. They gave tons of excuses even though I only asked because it was promised initially. I had to really ask to find out what they were putting on my lawn. They do not check for weeds with every application, or notify when they are coming so you can clean up your kids toys, even though the website says they do. They also say that they will treat for weeds within 48 hours. HA HA!! Three weeks, and in the meantime they grew tons and I had to pull by hand. So much for integrated pest management! They only offer a 5% discount for prepayment. You want my money and me locked in for months and you won't even give an incentive equal to the sales tax. No thank you! Not competitive. Their sales guy reminds me of a used car salesman or paid telemarketer. This spring my lawn looks no better than my neighbors who never had service. They are more expensive as well. It's so too bad for them that they really dropped the ball on me, as I could have gotten them tons of new customers in an area that they are just entering. All my complaints, and no remediation. So much for the "satisfaction guarantee".

They are honest and flexible. They offer competitive prices.
