Calling KLF resulted in losing over a week before the tree could be looked at by an arborist. Due to KLF's unresponsiveness, I will not use them again, and recommend using a different arborist - particularly if a prompt response is desired. I have given them a "C" rating based upon the combined two experiences I have had with them.
