Description of Work: AWFUL service. We stuck with this vendor for 5 years since he installed our water radon unit as new. Each year he "serviced" the unit. This year, less than a week after our service, we lost all water. After calling a plumber out TWICE to restore it, the only way to maintain water to the house was to completely bypass the water radon unit. The first time my husband called, he suggested installing additional work but wouldn't agree to come out to see what was going on. After multiple calls and over a week of problems, he no-showed for appointments (although he claims he arrived 3 hours late but no one was home,) then said he couldn't make it out for another week. When we called another vender, he came out the same day, was SHOCKED that the unit had been "serviced" then showed us the filthy, deteriorated inside of the unit that was causing our issue. We didn't need any additional equipment, as HSW Radon was quick to suggest, but we had to replace the inside of the unit almost entirely. If the unit was properly serviced, it never should have gotten so bad.

Great experience, would recommend to anyone
Description of Work: EXCELLENT job done by Ken installing a radon reduction sysem in my basement! Highly professionsal, up front with pricing and availablility, came out within a week and installed system exactly as quoted over the phone. Ken used quality products and spent quality time installing system and cleaned up after himself. When your looking for a contractor to do a job this is EXACTLY the person and the experience that you want. I will be using Ken and HSW in the future for any of my radon/well water needs!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

 + -1 moreHE WAS VERY QUICK TO CALL ME BACK AND GET THE WORK DONE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS OVERALL WORK AND THE PRICE. I ORIGINALLY HAD HIM COME IN TO JUST FIX THE DOOR, BUT HE ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELSE AND I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE OTHER PROBLEMS. HE SAID HE HAD TIME SO HE FIXED THEM WHILE HE WAS HERE.
Description of Work: HE REPAIRED A DOOR AND HE FIXED A CLOSET DOOR. HE REPAIRED A SHOWER DOOR AND A DRYER VENT TOO.
