The whole experience went very well, from stopping in to look at their huge selection right thru to the installation.  Very professional.

My thoughts on the service:
1.They require deposit of half the price at signing the contract and a final payment before the install.
No professionals should do it. The final payment should be done after the work is completed and not before.
2. The templet was done electronically by laser scanning. I would prefer the old way by making templets with wood .
My range was in place when templar came in and countertop was installed.
But when I wanted to replace the range I had to cut the edge of granite because the spacing between edges was not even and       non standard, on the angle not square.
But the space for the range should be a standard size like 36 or 36.5 inche  so the range future replacement is possible
      without extra work and  costs.
3. When the two edges of granite countertop meet there should be a mechanical common ledge for both plates so the edges
don't shift vertically in the future. That was not done. (I had that incident in my old house where one plate shifted down and I had
1/16 of an inch vertical dislocation, and Sudbury granite did installation)
Even if they do not want to do it they should insist on having it done to call it a professional installation.
Otherwise everything else is an OK. If There is a recommendation for that outfit, the above points should be addressed and
    renegotiated.

We remodeled our kitchen and part of the the remodel was adding a large island to the existing 12 X 12 "L" shaped kitchen. During the process we decided on River Bordeaux granite. Not many granite yards carry this particular granite. We received four prices that ranged from $6,000 - $7,000 from other well known granite fabricators. I searched google for the granite and Sudbury Granite was on the list but I'd never heard of them. We decided to check the place out and our time there went very well but then we braced for the price. The granite, large stainless sink, with wire sink rack and drain, installed for less than $5,000. we thought it was too good to be true but after meeting Robert Kennedy and the girls in the office it just felt right and decided to take a chance and made the purchase. I am so glad that we took a chance on Sudbury because everything went great. We love the granite and the price and would highly recommend Sudbury Granite!

I shopped around and learned that all granite providers are not alike in their services.  I was very pleased with Sudbury and everything they said they'd do, they did within the time frame and price quoted.  The day of measuring, the technician was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job.  The day of installation the technicians were very meticulous, and the finished product was nicer than I hoped it could be.  I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

I strongly believe that this is a "hit or miss" company.  When there are no glitches, they're fine; when there's a problem "it's not their fault."  The fact that all personnel are limited English proficient does not help.  I was lured there by a promotion for bathroom vanity countertops.  The program offered a very competitive price for the fabrication and installation of a stone top and undermont sink.  Stone selection was limited to the remnant yard under the program.  However, they allowed me to select from the premium slab area at no extra cost.  That was good.  I made a selection.  The decision process for an edge style was long and confusing given the language issue and that they were unsure of terms.  On measurement day i was asked what lenth of overlap I wanted.  I asked  the measurer/installer for his suggestion.  He said one and one half inches is standard.  It is NOT.  Standard is one-half inch or under.  It looked wrong immediately when installed and has taken nearly a year to get used to it.  Three holes were drilled after installation for two faucets and a spout.  They drilled incorrectly - totally out of allignment.  It looks like an amateur did it.  I called the manager and asked her to look at it,  She sent back the installer who said it should be remade.  I called the manager to ask what (if any) charge there would be to correct their mistake.  They wanted about 50% of the original cost to correct their error.  I said that was unsatisfactory.  She told the installer to take pictures.  I called back several days later and she said she saw no problem in the pictures.  They would not repair or replace without additional funds.  Fortunately I withheld some money and was able to get a professional to correct the faucet hole issue.  Bottom line: if you're not happy with their work, they are very rude and uncooperative.

From the initial meeting in the office to the final install, the process was very professional. They helped guide us through the process of picking the stone, getting the perfect layout. The installation was on time and done above expectation. Would use them again and highly recommend to any one looking for granite.

They did everything perfectly, and we had no problems with the work.  If there were any issues, then they took care of them immediately which we appreciated.

They didn't cut the granite to our specifications, and I had to go back and forth with the company to reach an agreement on the issue.  Other than this mix up, everything else was perfect.  I just disliked that I had to argue with them about getting a reasonable price for the service after their mistake.

Everything was great!  The installers were efficient and did an excellent job.  Furthermore, they responded quickly if I had any questions or problems.

I looked around at several companies for countertop. There were some crazy prices out there. I felt Sudbury was very reasonable and efficient. They shipped my countertop from their manufacture in Massachusetts directly which cut down on time. They also eliminated the middle-man doing it that way.

The project was a disaster. We should have known better because they were rude from the start. During the countertop installation, they moved our sink from the proper position leaving a very obvious gap between the cabinets and the sink. To fill the gap, they jammed in some shims, which poked out along the edge of the sink. Nice look for a new kitchen! They blamed the cabinet installer for this and didn't provide any solution or apology. They also did a very messy job on the caulking, which they tried to fix, but made it worse. Additionally, they cut some of the stone in our kitchen, coating the entire house with a fine dust. I later learned that you should never cut stone indoors because you shouldn't breathe the dust. There were other problems that they refused to address. We would not recommend them and we know of other customers who had similar problems.

Excellent, from choosing the stone to templating to installation, the company was knowledgeable, efficient courteous and fair in pricing. They came when they said they would, called the day before with an approximate time of arrival and arrived on time. Expert installers they cleaned up after themselves. It was a very positive experience from start to finish..
