+ -1 moreRicardo and his team are the most pleasant, punctual, and detail-oriented contractors I've ever worked with. They really take pride in their workmanship and are quick to perform any fixes or re-works of even the smallest items in order not even to please the homeowner but to please themselves. Ricardo actually reads the GC plans, asks questions, makes great suggestions for improvements, etc. And his company was very expeditious in performing the work - I would say any delay was due to waiting on materials that I ordered, not due to Ricardo not showing up!
Description of Work: Ricardo and his crew gutted and remodeled our new kitchen, top to bottom. Installed new cabinetry, appliances, lighting fixtures, coordinated flooring refinishing, etc.

+ -1 moreHis estimate was very competitive. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They did the work they said they would do and everything turned out great. He has a designer flare and he even changed some of our plans and it turned out better than we had expected. He went above and beyond and I just cannot say enough good things about him.
