Robin Rios of the Wallingford, CT, office gave us a list of houses that met our criteria, We drove by each that looked promising and scheduled visits for those we liked. Once we settled on the house we wanted she held our hand through the entire process until we finalized March 2.

They provided an absolutely excellent service, especially Linda Demarest. I will be moving to Connecticut shortly and I have been in contact with her to find a house. I contact her once a week. Since, I have not signed up for anything, I am yet to know the charges. She has been incredibly helpful. She is a realtor. I met her when she showed me an apartment. She has been excellent. Everything has been great; I haven?t had any dislikes. She is punctual and gives me feedback. She writes e-mails to me. She is very prompt. I will absolutely use this company again in the future.

I would never buy or sell a house without Mary's guidance. I have bought and sold in total 4 houses that she found for me. She is really the most honest realtor I have ever met. She is the type of person that will do any and everything for you to get the job done. She is by far the fairest person in the real estate business. I would recommend her in a heart beat and she only charges 5 percent of what the home is valued on the market.

Brenda Fraizer was referred to me in Feb 2006 when I was looking for a home. She was patient, professional and went anywhere I wanted to go in order to find what I was looking for.
