First, the estimator Peter is the most professional gentleman to work with. He is key to why we keep going back to M & F. Each time we are in need of service we receive 3 bids and M & F's proposals are in line or better vs competitors. They arrive when they say they will and the team is courteous and upbeat. They have removed a few 50 year old trees and several young trees that were damaged during wind and snow storms. Once the trees are removed they clean up any branch debris and blow the yard clean.

I contacted them in the late fallfor an appraisal, they did it and sent me a proposal I agreed to that. They told me they would do it when the ground froze so they would not hurt my lawn or sprinkler system. They came withe the most amazing machine and it walked carefully around my lawn to the back of my house and then they took down my trees. They were so careful and clean . They cleaned up everything and were most professional. I would not think of using anyone else.

They have very good customer service, reasonable pricing, and are professional. They did a good job, cleaned up after themselves, and did what they said they were going to do.

THE TREE DIED AND THEY REPLACED IT AT NO CHARGELAST MONTH. I HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS GET A PROFESSIONAL JOB .

We have had them several times. They do good work. We had a maple tree that was threatening the power line and he recommended that we try to get the power company to do it and eventually that happened. They took the tree down but then they did everything and we had Peter Hankard and Marchion took care of the stump grinding. He has previously trimmed trees for us and done other jobs like that for us. I think this is probably the third time we had him to do stuff. I had him estimate other things. He is my first choice when it comes to tree work. The price was reasonable for that kind of a job. They did a very thorough job, cleaned up well, we have been able to plant in the area immediately after they finished. They did good work. They are very reliable. They not only took down the maple tree, next to it were 3 hemlocks that came down at the same time, they ground all those stumps. They are just very professional as they always are, prompt, and cleaned up.

Marchion & Faucher Enterprises was really friendly and professional. They offered great suggestions and answered our questions. The owner came out several times to check the progress of the job, I really liked that. It was definitely a bit pricey but we got our money's worth.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND AT A FAIR PRICE. THEY WERE REASONABLY CAREFUL WHEN THEY CUT DOWN THE TREES. THEY HAD THE EQUIPMENT THAT THEY NEEDED TO DO THE WORK. THEY CLEANED UP YARD UP OF ALL DEBRIS.
