A small account so weren't treated well. This is a two family so snow needs to be removed for tenant and for owner to get out of driveway to work. M & G never showed up until 8- 10 hours after snow to remove each time. They left ice and residual snow over most of driveway and were unresponsive to phone calls. Do not do business with this company. Overcharged for poor services.

The first season using this provider was great.  The price, quality and customer service were amazing.  This seaso  however things have taken a complete downturn.  I've had to call and email the provider in order to get my lawn cleaned up and cut.  Our agreement was every 2 week but very quickly it went to every 3 weeks and then not at all.  On the most recent day the lawn was to be cut, no one showed up.  Since I had a backyard event planned I called the owner and was assured that while he was out of town, someone would come the next day to cut the lawn.  The next day, no one showed up and finally I was forced to cut my lawn myself, which is no big feat for most people but I have 2 chronic illnesses and I'm a single mom on a limited budget.  Buying a lawnmower and the resulting physical pain from being in the sun for 2 hours could have been avoided had he followed through on his committment.  When I finally got a hold of the owner, there was no attempt to make amends and barely an apology.  Just that he'd been told the grass was already cut.  Well yes it was, should I have waited indefinitely for someone to show up?  Horrible customer service and I'm quite appalled at the way I was treated.
