They were unbelievably helpful for a cook-top shelf. I bought one on clearance. It was between 2 models. They looked up both models and printed out the differences. They were here when they told us they would be. They measured the area and told us their recommendation. They were so nice about everything. I picked the model according to the reviews on the internet.

THEY WERE OKAY AND DID A GOOD JOB. THERE WAS SOME MISCOMMUNICATION ABOUT THE CARPET AND WHAT I WANTED. I ENDED UP GETTING DIFFERENT CARPET THAN WHAT I PICKED OUT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE STORE HAS SOME FLAWS.
