Very poor. They (Marti Correia/Keith Frechette) failed to disclose facts related to deed restrictions on the property. There were something like 37 restrictions and they withheld this information from potential buyers. Very unprofessional if you ask me. We will never have contact with this company again under any circumstances.

Referred to Leslie by a program that offered a rebate on home purchase. In the end, I did not get a rebate because the commission offered by the seller was too low to allow a rebate. I was aware of this limitation going into the program. Overall, Leslie performed well. My wife and I are experienced home purchasers and we knew what we liked. We researched over 100 homes on-line, drove by those that were appealing and then had Leslie schedule walk-throughs of 10. Because we were relocating, it was necessary to schedule 2nd showings at several to allow both my wife and me to get through them. She did not balk at this. Within three weeks of contacting her we had submitted a contract and closed 30 days later. She was professional and did not make any significant errors. We did notice that she does not read her emails as regularly as some agents. Also she did not attend Closing due to a crisis on another sale. This did not bother me but she didn't call after to see if all went well.
