home inspection
 + -1 moreI thought the inspection went well. I liked that he was punctual and seemed to know about all the pieces of the house. The only part that surprised me was that the outside sprinkler system was not included in the inspection but he explained the next steps we needed to take to ensure that it would be working before we close.
Description of Work: Ralph arrived early and was already checking the roof when we arrived. He was thorough and came prepared with the tools needed to do a good job. He answered all our questions and explained things clearly.
