Elite Appliance Service

My experience with Elite Appliance Service was great! They needed to order a part for me which was to be in in a couple of days. When they got the part in, they notified me and wanted to come out on a Friday to put it in for me however, I was unavailable. They arranged to come out the following Saturday morning at no extra charge to work better with my schedule!They were quick, courteous, clean, and honest. They told me exactly what needed to be done to solve my problems and then did exactly what they said they would do. The gentleman that installed the part also went above and beyond to help me. I casually mentioned to him that I was having an electrician out to my home to fix another problem the following week. He asked what the problem was, and when I told him, he fixed it for me at no charge. I would give Elite Appliance Service an A++ and will definitely use them again in the future!

Since Rich had to order the wheel parts, he had to make a special trip back to install them  He did not charge me a second service call, only for the parts.  He was extremely kind and professional and was quick to deliver the parts.

Ice maker for refrigerator broken. would not dispense. Tech found malfunction at door which releases ice. Part not aailable suggested replacing door. I would be better off buying a new refrigerator

Rich arrived approximately one house early. After introducing himself, he surveyed the appliance and proceeded to repair the dishwasher soap dispenser. I asked if he would give me his opinion on my microwave that had been working correctly. Rich advised that due to the age of the microwave/oven combination, repairs probably be expensive if the parts could be found. All in all, the service took about 45 minutes and was done very professionally.

Excellent as long as part holds out! Courteous, efficient...expedient which was pretty important to me as I had a freezer full of seafood/meats thawing by the minute..

It was a expensive, but they were very pleasant and on time.
