Nick A was the service provider from Advanced Plumbing and did a great job. The company called me at 8:10 and let me know he was on his way. Nick then showed up at 8:32 for an 8:30 appointment. Perfect! Throughout he was friendly and courteous. He found additional issues with the pipe then what we first discussed and took his time to deliver the best quote. He did an excellent job. I look forward to working with him again.

Advance Plumbing & Heating returned to finish an outside faucet repair. "Jeff" (and his inside partner "Bonnie") kept me current on

their quest for parts to a special freeze resistant faucet that was installed over 20 years ago. The original pieces were replaced

with bronze metal fittings, tested and then Jeff explained what to expect and why the kit was a "fix" that should last for a very long

time.

He and Advance had given me a $25 coupon, based on my senior status and as a referral to Angie's List. That was applied to the

completed job costs. The Advance Plumbing focus on customer satisfaction and support was again evident from the moment he arrived to when he left.

Good company with superbly skilled professionals, based on my experiences.

Fixed leak in Air Scoop for gas hot water heater.

There are not enough good words to describe the entire experience I had with Advanced. I was scrambling to find a plumber because a basement fixture drain was no match for my small plumbing snake, and we had wastewater spilling onto the basement floor when we ran most of the fixtures in the house.  Things got off to a great start when they answerd the phone after a couple rings.   So many service providers nowadays are so busy that they don't pick up, or a machine tells you to leave a message.  I remember the feeling of relief that a person actually picked up the phone.  They said they'd send somebody to my house within about 2 hours, and gave a 2-hour window for when the person would show up.  Jeff, the service technician, arrived promptly at the beginning of the appointment window. He was professional, courteous, clean, personable, etc.  He quoted me a price before starting the work, which is always appreciated.  He worked for almost two hours to snake out the particularly difficult clog, tested the cleaned pipe several times to ensure it was draining properly from the fixture all the way through the house trap, and gave me some tips on how to handle the original cast iron piping in my house. 

Jeff was just superb, courteous and quite complete in his explanations--I would use Advanced for any plumbing need without
reservation.

The experience was incredible. The initial call I placed to their office on a Saturday afternoon resulted in a plumber calling me back within 20 minutes. About an hour later, someone showed up to my house, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it in less than 2 hours. 
The repair included removing the old sump pump, installing a new one, and fixing the pipes leading to the outside as they were not installed correctly in the first place.

I would definitely recommend them.

All went well with the technician arriving on time, and working diligently to solve problem and leaving after cleaning up.

They did a great job! They were very nice and very professional.  They were punctual and their prices were reasonable.  They were very knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend their services.

Advance mechanic cleaned off the pump and explained what happened to it and why it wasn't working. Got it to work and saved me a good amount of money by not trying to sell me something I did not need. I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Dan provided an honest appraisal of the system and let me know the expected cost of bleeding the pipes given the design of the system. It was determined that the service was not essential given the job and cost involved. 

I bought this special, and the plumber came promptly and inspected my home plumbing and answered some questions.  He was able to identify a specific problem as originating in the kitchen faucet and not in the pipes, and encouraged me to ask the company for a new faucet.  That worked out well.  He was informative and helpful although did not perform any actual work.  |I ended up hiring a plumber who lives closer to do routine work.

One of the person came  on time and performed the small work and it was good but the price was very high for 15 mins with a seal costing 6 bucks so if the price is is less then i can go for next time so request top have the estim ates were informed on phone so that it will be easy for us to call or not, if not it is a rip off

I am sure the toilet works well; however, I could have bought an entirely new toilet for the price of this repair. Not quite sure why it was so expensive.

I appreciate that Advanced plumbing sends the same service man, when possible, so there is continuity in service.  Both services- fixing the faucet and replacing the toilet- were done in a timely, neat and professional manor.  I knew the price in advance of the service.  I also called Mike, the owner, when I had some questions about a water heater and he gave me excellent information.
I recommend this company very highly, and I do not do that for many service providers.  They really care about their customers.

Very polite and responsive on the phone.  Mike (owner) went out of his way to come by ASAP to help us find out why we were wet and quickly found that our water heater was dripping.
The next day, a technician (Sal) arrived with a new water heater.  He drained and removed the old one and then put the new one in including a drip tray and leak detector.  Unfortunately, the new water heater was about a foot shorter than the old one (same gallon size) so the wiring for the older one didn't quite reach the new one.  Sal called an electrician who agreed to come the same day.  Sal finished the job and refilled the water heater, cleaned up and left (around 11am)
The electrician arrived around 1:30pm and did the wiring and we're back in action.
Only minor nit is that my wallet hurts - the whole thing was about $1500.  No chance to compare prices, however, since this was an emergency event and speed was a factor.
We will definitely call Advance again.

Plumbing company was responsive and timely.  They let me know when the plumber would show up and he did.  He was very professional throughout.  The price was a fixed price for opening up the wall to find a leak.  The problem was he spent 6 hours and couldn't find the source of the leak.  Then he left with walls opened in three separate rooms and I was no closer to a solution than before he started, and even worse off because the walls were open in several places.

Technician was prompt, did all the week that was quoted in the original estimate.  No additional costs or charges.
