+ -1 moreWhen scheduling the appointment, the company knew exactly what our issue was and the make and model of the washing machine. They came and charged us $95 to tell us that our problem was exactly what we knew it was but they did not come prepared with the part to fix it. Now we are told we have to wait a minimum of 3-5 business days before they can get the part and reschedule the service. This is a completely unacceptable way to do business.
