owner that they would come the following week and give an estimate.
I was asking for a pool opening and a repair to the liner around the skimmer.
After emailing and phoning, leaving messages heard nothing.
About a month later, I decided to try to do the work myself. I
then received a message from Scott that he found this piece of paper on
his desk saying he was to do work, but had no idea what the work was.
I called again, leaving a message. Weeks went by and I called another
company. I then received another call out of the blue from Denscott saying
they had a message that I had called and AGAIN they wondered what needed
to be done. I reiterated what I had told them many times previously. By this
time I had done the repair work and wanted someone to complete the opening
of the pool. I was told they would be out the following week. Of course, they
never called and I have never heard from them since.
