Suzanne Gallup is part therapist and part psychic I think! We were referred to her by a friend who had recently had an excellent experience with her, after trying another agent and not being particularly thrilled. She did an AMAZING job helping us find a home and walking us through the entire process. I had an initial phone call with her and told her what I thought I wanted - the same day, she sent me a list of 20 houses for us to look at. We went and drove by all of them - none of them were right and it seemed we were completely off with our criteria! She wasn't surprised at all and helped me re-evaluate what we REALLY wanted. That weekend she took us out to see 3 houses. She was VERY open and honest with us about the real quality of the houses. She would not have let us buy a lemon, or pay too much. One of them was absolutely perfect. We put an offer, had it accepted and closed 60 days later! It was as painless as it possibly could have been. She set up the inspections and attended all of them with us. When we needed estimates, she called a contractor for us.
