It couldn't have been worse. Person came promptly and measured floors. A price for work was given, which was high but included re-nailing some sections of floor that were coming loose. I accepted the price and explained that I needed time to remove items in the rooms that would be damaged by so called "dustless"  finishing. One room was empty the other had a sofa, chair,small rug and a few packed boxes. The floors had been installed a short time earlier so not much had been put back. I received a contract as an on line attachment, which I was unable to open. Sent contract to person with a newer computer system and attachment was not available. Called office of MWF and explained problem. Nothing was done; no contract was mailed. Later was able to open with latest MSFT Word program, I purchased. Owner had electronically signed the contract. Before I had chance to sign and send deposit requested, two S. American men arrived with sanders. They promptly refused to do work in living room and guest room, using excuse that it wouldn't come out right because of loose boards. No principal of the company ever looked at the floors, although I was told that the owner would be coming by, before price was given. I assumed since price was so high, any extra work was figured in. The two men with machines worked two days and I paid for the work that was done. They left the sawdust and several empty 16 oz. cans of floor finish opposite entrance door.in driveway. Both flammable products. I called and called many times and they didn't pick up their debris. They finally did when I told them I was calling the fire department to remove it. In addition to the above, a quantity a floor finish was splashed on newly painted walls. I assume can fell off open stairs and splashed over ten feet of wall, about 3 - 4 feet high.  I was back on the phone with the office, told them the paint color and was promised they would fix the damage. To this day they have not repainted. Nor called me with any explanations of their performance or suggestions to make floor better for refinishing. I never met a company manager or owner, although I was told many times that a person called "Edelman" would be here to discuss situation.. I have never done the floors, although I had a local carpenter do a little nailing, which turned out fine. I have just contacted a lawyer to litigate the contract. The floors have gotten much worse from sitting for a year without being sealed. I have not called another floor company because at 71 years of age, going through the trouble  seemed like more than I could handle. I have had a heart attack and gastrointestinal problems which would only be aggravated by dealing with this company. Or the office at MWF, the only staff I ever spoke with.

Visited Showroom to choose flooring - they very extremely knowledgable, professional and helpful. They offered numerous options and suggestions. Allowed us to take samples home to aid in our decision. During the visit we scheduled a home visit to obtain an estimate. They showed up right on schedule and even took back the samples we had borrowed. They explained the process clearly both verbally and with written information. They even suggested that our linoleum was in pretty good shape and that we should consider not replacing it. The estimate showed up within a couple of days. We returned to the showroom to finalize our decision and schedule the installation The demolition and installation was a 3-4 day process. The crews showed up on time and were very professional. They walled of the area and completed the demolition in one day. The same crew returned the next day and installed the floor and filled the flaws/gaps. The wood was spectacular and the installation near perfect. On day three, the sanding crew sanded the floor and applied the sealer and first coat of finish. On day four another coat of finish was applied. After inspection, they decided that another coat was needed which was promptly applied. They also repaired some minor dents and dings that inevitably occurred during the demolition phase of the project. These guys did quality work in a timely and professional manor. The service was excellent and it was very clear from the start that they care about the quality of their work. Most importantly they wanted us to be 100% satisfied with the job and guess what? We are.
