The guy from Lion Appliance showed up to look at my broken freezer. Within few minutes, he seemed to figure out that the issue was due to a bad fan motor. Took $100, then came back with the motor within few days. Replaced the motor, charged us another $245 (for a total of $345), then he left. The problem was that what he did, did NOT fix the problem...$345 down the drain, I called him, he came back, tested the refrigerant pressure (which he should have done FIRST, if he knew what he was doing) just to tell us, oh, yeah your pressure is 0...you need to recharge up the coil for an additional $145, without guarantee that it would last more than few weeks if big leak ...Although disappointed, we agreed, then we asked if he could remove the part he replaced (for no reason) so we could recuperate at least the cost of the part by returning it to supplier...since then he has been ghosting us!! We got fooled by all the 5 stars reviews on this list! Incompetent, and dishonest. Would NOT recommend this provider for ANY work.

I called Lion Appliance Repair over the holiday weekend when I had an issue with my stove. A technician was able to come to my home the same day and accurately diagnose the issue. He ordered us the replacement part and gave us a very fair estimate on the price compared to some of the companies weâ ve used in the past. Since then I have had no issues with my appliances but if I do I will be returning to this great company. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS I DIDN'T FIND THEM SOONER!!!
