Great. Would highly recommend. He did the work as promised, was east to contact and work with and all looked clean and tidy when done.

The work was done on time and the quality seems to be very good - as much as one can tell as a non-roofer and from the inside. Bruce Morsey wa easy to deal with, courteous and professional. Clean up was okay, though I am still picking up bits and pieces.

This contractor knows the business of roofing and was very courteous and professional. There were some weather delays, which are common in outdoor construction, but the work was started eventually and completed correctly in short order. The job looks good. Of note, when I asked for a return visit to have the gutters adjusted slightly (after I paid in full) the contractor returned and did the adjustment at no charge. I was very impressed with that. I would definitely use them again.

The first visit to take measurements for the estimate took place as scheduled and very soon after my telephone call.  The estimate was dropped off less than 48 hours later and was totally detailed by material and labor with explanations as to why certain materials were recommended. After calling to accept the estimate, the contract was in our hands within one week. After signing the contract, the start time was indicated and work began exactly as promised. The crew is extremely professional and hard working, spending 12 hour days to complete the work as promised in spite of the loss of two days due to rain. All plantings were perfectly protected; cleanup was an ongoing project throughout the day. At the end of each day, all equipment and supplies were neatly stored in one location. After building two personal homes and renovating one, the experience with this contractor could not have been more perfect, in all aspects.  I heartily recommend Kent Hollow Siding and Roofing without any reservations whatsoever. This is how a successful business should be managed!

All communication and information exchange was done in a professional manner. Estimate was realistic and in line with others received. Appointments were kept, or if not, notification was made to reschedule. Job was started on date given and completed within the time frame stated before work began. Crew was professional and clean-up was very good. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
