Yes, I recommend this pro
They are fantastic.  I have used Kevin for everything and I have an old house.  He is pretty reasonable for what he does.  He has done work for me for 6 or 7 years now.  He always calls me back.  I think his pricing is pretty reasonable for what he accomplishes for me.  Since he has done tons and tons of work for me, I tend to be easier on scheduling.  If he has something else that pops up, he will just call me and reschedule.  Initially when we weren't doing a lot of work together, he came when he said he was going to come.  I don't know how much he usually charges because he has done all sorts of projects so it varies.  I have never had a problem with him.  I think his quality is excellent.  I have recommended him.  He is superb.  I really think highly of him.
