The job request was to restore power that had been lost to an area of the house that included the bathroom and two bedrooms. I had also asked to have a kitchen light switch repaired but time ran out and that work could not be done.
Apparently, the problem proved to be too challenging as most of the time was spent trying to locate the problem. In the end, additional wiring was run to a bathroom outlet (resulting in a 1" x 7" slot cut in the sheetrock of an adjacent bedroom to snake new wiring and an accidentally broken light fixture) in order to fix the bathroom. When they left, I had power restored to the 2 other bedrooms.
The next day, I found that the main basement light fixture now did not work and the second one, a ceiling fixture that they had inspected, nearly fell off when I pulled its cord, dangling by its one live wire, and still doesn't work. Within 3 days, all power to the bathroom had been lost again and half the power to the 2 bedrooms had been lost.
I explained my disappointment when I paid the invoice in full but never heard back.
I only write this review in hope to communicate the importance of responsible quality service as well as customer satisfaction and feedback in a competitive business environment.
