They never answer or return phone calls. Eventually they return email but it takes months. The brand new front porch was done all wrong and they would not come out to repair it. All the wood they used was cracked (must of been hanging around for years.) They left the overhang on (should have been removed to install a ceiling).) I paid them $5,700.00 for the new porch and then had to pay $2,500.00 for a professional to repair it. I shouldn't have paid them upfront because they are impossible to reach.

"This is the first time hearing about unsatisfaction from customer. This job was done in 2014, customer paid in full upon completion of work, and was satisfied otherwise I'm sure she would not have made final payment. All phone calls are always returned, may not be that exact day but with in a few days !! Have email as to how pleased customer was with work done and have pics. We did add'l work than proposed and did not charge because mason poured a terrible base. Comments are not reliable."

6+ Room New Window Service
Mike replaced 9 double hung windows in my home with Andersen replacement windows. The quality of work was excellent and the price was very competitive. Mike is very professional and was a pleasure to do business with. He returned my calls immediately, showed up on time, provided a written estimate, and patiently answered all of my endless questions. I highly recommend Hammer Time Contracting and will be hiring them again for future home improvement projects.

I was disappointed because they did not have me inspect the job before they left. After they left I found a three boards that had not been replaced and one stair that protuded an inch beyond the others. I asked that they allow us to paint 2 trim boards before putting them up. One was put up unpainted.

"Very unsure about this comment, customer has not contacted us about this issue to let us know of the problem. I think it was unfair of this customer to leave a negative comment without first contacting us to notify us of this problem. Husbasnd was at job when we finished and had no issues. All along the customer was extremely satisfied. If wife thought there were things she was not happy with then all it would take is a phone call instead of leaving this kind of a comment. I can not make things right if I am not aware of what is wrong. Will be calling customer to find out why they did this! Very unhappy that the customer chose to do this."
