Grossenbacher Land Surveyors

Disappointing result. Survey showed what I feared. Surrounding developers had bought what was originally on this property, then took more than what my deed shows. Last surveyor to the party loses! Likely a legal issue now, since my driveway, parking area and much of my back yard doesn't even belong to me, according to this and previously filed surveys by surrounding developers. My only issue with my surveyor was less communication than promised or delivered. Pleasantly surprised to learn he did file the survey with the town as promised. Would use him again.

It came out excellent! The gentleman came on time and did the survey well. He was very polite and courteous. He returned my calls right away.

He called back promptly and scheduled a survey. The first date was postponed understandably because of an snow/ice storm.
He came over when he said he would. He was very professional. He researched our property at city hall and worked with our designer/architect to get everything we needed for the permit process with the city.
Bob even came by and personally explained the drawings to us.
He was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend him.

I am a newbie to the surveying of property. When I started searching for a surveyor, I had left messages with several local surveyors, some returned my call, some didn't. Bob G. picked up the phone the first time I called, and followed up with me by phone after I indicated my interest in hiring him. His pricing was excellent and he was quick to get the process scheduled. In a week I had my property staked and a several copies of the finished map in hand. The map had all the details of my property like lot numbers, fencing, etc. The stakes included wood stakes and metal pins. He also did some investigating of surrounding area including neighbor map borders filed at town hall. Overall it was a quick and pleasant experience, and I was inspired enough by his professionalism to write on Angie's List.
