contacted for an security and safety analysis of our home and recommendation of
a home fire and security system. The president of the company arrived
promptly the same day I telephoned. After conducting an inspection of the
house and property and answering all of our questions and concerns, a proposal
was submitted with a number of different options. The installation was
scheduled for a few days later.
Alarm Services installed the system, answering questions as they worked. The staff
patiently showed me how to operate the many features of the system and were extremely
neat and professional. After the system was installed, they contacted me to
follow-up and inquire if I had any concerns or issues.
