I assured Doug on the phone that the installation would not be time consuming so they were able to fit me into their schedule. They worked quickly with no delays. I did not get the exterior sensor installed since that would have taken an other hour and time was short. I never had an outside sensor in any event. I am very satisfied with the service in every regard. I plan on using them for air conditioning annual servicing.
