I used Compass for a condo inspection. I had a wonderful experience with Thomas Allen! He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and was able to explain all of the issues in a way I could understand. He was also extremely friendly and kind when explaining the more complex issues. He was also early to the inspection and was able to get most of the outside check done before I had even arrived. 10/10 would recommend!

We used Compass for a multi family inspection recently. Tom was highly detailed and thorough. I felt he dug deeper to find some answers to some odd things we found in the property. I accompanied him during the process and he explained everything he was doing along the way. The report he provided allowed me to easily summarize my biggest property concerns in a custom web page that we were able to send to the seller. Very easy to read and professional looking.
