I called the Friday after Thanksgiving. He said he would try to come that day, but had two other estimates before dark. When he did not come that day, I called again the following week. He came the next day, gave us an estimate and said he could do the work Dec. 11.
He showed up on the day he said he would after calling to check to be sure it was still OK. Completed the work with a helper over a few hours and it looks great.
