The cleaning was average compared to other companies weve used to clean our home. The quoted range we were given was cheaper than other companies this time but it was only because they spent less time on the job and didnt do quite as good of a job as other companies have in the past. The hourly rate they charge is more than the others! I was dissapointed the invoices amount was at the top of the quoted range as well. Still a good job. I would probably recommend going with a company with a cheaper hourly rate that did a great job.

Workers were very friendly and professional. However, there was a dirty film on my floors after they cleaned....suggest that their mops need a cleaning. The rooms looked neat and clean but close inspection revealed the film.

"The floors were mopped as we do every clients floor with CLEAN mops always, the issue could have been that the product previously used on the floor reacting to ours but the mops themselves could not have caused the film. Some floor finishes are harder to shine than others but we definitely would have sent someone back to correct it if you had contacted us, as we aim to perfect our cleaning duties."
