"The floors were mopped as we do every clients floor with CLEAN mops always, the issue could have been that the product previously used on the floor reacting to ours but the mops themselves could not have caused the film. Some floor finishes are harder to shine than others but we definitely would have sent someone back to correct it if you had contacted us, as we aim to perfect our cleaning duties."
