Let me first say that this move was a long time ago, and recently I joined Angies List to find a new moving company for an impending move only because of my experience with this company. I had to be sure that I would be safe allowing movers back into my home. Angies list asked me if I had ever had previous contact with this company and so that is why Im writing a review many years later.  Well the move was fine, the price was fair and all in all, I thought it was good job.  Until 3 am when one of the movers, Austin or Justin, cant remember which one was his name, (he said he was related to the owner),He came knocking on my door asking for money.  This is what he said,( mind you he assumed I was a single mother alone in the house, because when I moved there was no husband present, he was away with the military ) Hey its Austin/Justin, I have a cab outside and I need 20 dollars to get home, Im stuck and thought you would remember me and help me out.  I told him, that I had already paid and tipped him and that I had no more money, he said just open the door, I said no go away....I couldn't call anyone because my phone service had not been turned on, which he also knew from idle chit chat earlier in the day.  So I went and looked out the window and there was no cab!!! I told him, I was getting my gun and that he should leave now, he tried for a few more minutes to get me to open the door.  I said in 3 seconds, im shooting through the door and I started counting.  He did run and Im not sure where he went so I was truly freaked out.  The next day, I called the company and no one returned my call.  I have since heard that this Austin/Justin is still doing the same thing.  He also did the same exact thing to a teacher I know.  When she told me the story, I was so freaked out like it had just happened.  So for the fact that at least one person working for the company is an unsafe, crazy person.  Not only would I personally never use them again, I would strongly suggest that you thing about your safety before hiring them.  Truth is that its very intrusive to have someone move you as it is, but then to have the mover, make you feel violated and unsafe in your new home, is terrifying.

Rep responded right away to my internet query and even adjusted his schedule to come to do a walk-through and provide a quote on the day I requested. He arrived promptly, was extremely thorough and professional, took the time to explain the process to me, asked a lot of detailed questions so that he could provide an accurate quote, and was very clear as to what went into each part of the quote. The quote I received was both reasonable and competitive. I ultimately selected a different moving company primarily based on scheduling - they were able to do the pack and initial move in 2 days rather than the 3 which Rogovin quoted. But I was very impressed with the service and detail provided by Rogovin and would definitely call them again.
