I have had Monroe do several jobs for me including new catalytic converter, brakes and O2 sensors. They provided timely quotes, repairs done on time or early, and super customer service. Will continue to use them for any job... As I understand it, they don't rebuild motor anymore, but they do almost everything else!

Got an apointment same day, didnt ahve to wait to get it done or to pick it up, no one was there so it was done fast. Its not worth changing my oil myself as it only cost like 10 dollars more to have them do it. They were fast curtious professional and attentive to my needs. The waiting room is huge and has tv if interested. Hes on the phone so its not that great but eh, its a garage who cares. I think I would go to him again, depends if I want to goto new london, and there are so many oil changing services. But I probably will since they were fast, have good hours and werent over priced.
