On the plus side, they were available (on short notice) with other movers were booked up. They were friendly and handled all requests made of them. There was no significant damaged to either the furniture or the homes.
3 movers came right on time with their 26 feet truck as i was told over the phone. The lead mover Rich was very experienced and paid attention to get things right. However, 2 of the 3 movers are proably in their 50s. One of them didn't want to go up to stairs when came to the townhouse. It made us feel bad to see him shaking and complaining of going up stairs. In the end, it took 3 movers, 6.5 hours, $870 before tip to get the one bedroom moved - and we don't really have too much furnitures. In contrast, I had better experience with the Uhaul moving help before - the movers we hired did a similar job in 4 hrs with two movers, half of the overall cost.
On the positive side, they did get the job done. But I wouldn't hire them again for the lack of efficiency.
