Good. Easily they quickly came. They scheduled. They did the work. We had moved away. We had been using them one year since we just moved back here a year ago. I like their availability and punctuality.

While visiting my daughters they had a clogged sewer and the toilets wouldn't flush! I called them at 830 am they were there by 9am and fixed the problem! Very courteous, fast and reasonably priced! We were at their mercy, and they didn't take advantage of us! Would definitely call them again!

We had been trying to reach Jay's Sewer Rooter all day after having been promised service sometime that day and a phone notice in the morning. But he never called us. We called back but never received a response. We called Dan Terry at 5 p.m. We got a callback at 5:30, and by 6 two plumbers were at our home. They were professional and pleasant, and completed the job in an hour and a half. They charged $350 for the blowout, $110 for the after-hours call, and $80 for overtime. We were happy to write them a check and be able to use our plumbing again. We will definitely call Dan again with any plumbing we need.
