The transport company had insurance with a $1,000 deductible. When the car arrived, the insurance adjuster estimated the repair to be about $2,600. Since the transport company had a $1,000 deductible, the insurance company promptly sent us a check of $1,600. We took the car, on the recommendation of the local Honda dealer, to Car Service Collision. We figured that the transport company was not going to pay us the deductible, so Dave Smith, the manager worked with us very patiently to figure out what work he could do for the $1,600 and what would be over and above. He also called the adjuster and got additional insurance payment for work the adjuster underestimated. After a week, the car came out good as new. We were so disappointed with the condition of our brand new SUV when we received it, but the skilled auto body people at Car Service Collision put the car back in beautiful, tip-top condition.
