Don Cucuro was a delight to work with.  He worked with me on drawing the plans and creating wonderful easy living space.  He was right within his estimate - delivering as close to as "on time" as materials I ordered allowed. We removed several walls, took the ceilings up to the rafters in some areas and repaired extensive termite damage. He worked with me on changes and solved some of the difficult roof design elements when we decided to go out into the old garage for additional living space.  This is the fifth home that I have done extensive renovations to and I can truly say that Don was the best contractor I have ever work with. He left the site as neat and clean as possible ,  sweeping up every week end.
If you are thinking of building a home or doing a major renovation, I would highly recommend C& S General Contracting
