The installers immediately said that they'd re-order it and that the cost was on them. Second, both times I called them to see if the window had come in they said it had. So why hadn't they called me before I called them? It wasn't a big deal since they immediately scheduled a time for the installation. This is the reason I only gave them "B" on Responsiveness.
